Chrome Extension

Installing, connecting and using the extension inside Google Maps.

Install and connect the extension

Create a free account first, then install the extension. Click the AIFLB icon in your toolbar, then click Connect AIFLB Account. The dashboard sends the connection to Chrome automatically, so you do not copy tokens by hand. A success message means you are connected.

Where the panel appears

On any Google Maps business listing, the panel appears under the business header with category chips and buttons: GBP Audit, Website Audit, AI Tools, Rank Check, Reviews Audit and Posts Audit. On your own profile's merchant panel in Google search (the "Your business on Google" view), a separate floating toolbar appears with owner tools: find categories, find services, generate description, generate post, check descriptions.

Why review and post audits need scrolling first

Google loads reviews and posts only as their pages scroll. Reviews Audit and Posts Audit now open the direct review or post feed first, scroll the visible list, and analyze whatever is available. Profiles with fewer reviews or posts can still be audited.

The extension token, and regenerating it

Your connection token identifies your account to the extension. You normally connect with the Connect AIFLB Account button. If you ever want to rotate the token, click regenerate on the dashboard and connect the extension again. The old token stops working immediately.

When Google changes its pages

Google updates its markup regularly. The extension uses resilient selectors, but a big Google change can briefly break a capture feature until we ship a fix. If a button stops working, check the changelog for a note, and report it via the contact form; those reports genuinely speed up fixes.
