Data Deletion
Last updated: July 19, 2026
Delete pieces yourself
- Saved businesses: delete any saved business from your businesses page in the dashboard. Its captured data and audits go with it.
- Your API keys: remove your own Gemini or DataForSEO credentials from your dashboard settings at any time.
- Extension connection: use Revoke connection in the extension popup or dashboard. This invalidates the server credential, records revocation and disables AIFLB controls in that browser when the extension receives the dashboard revocation message.
Delete your whole account
Use the contact form from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and delete:
- Your account record (name, email, password hash)
- All captured business data and audit history in your workspace
- Your stored API keys and extension tokens
- Usage logs tied to your account, within our backup cycle
Deletion is permanent. A paid license cannot be restored after deletion, so if you might return, just stop using the account instead. After verification, data not subject to a legal retention requirement is deleted or irreversibly anonymized from active systems within 30 days. Residual protected backups are overwritten or deleted within the normal backup cycle, targeted not to exceed 90 days, and are not restored for ordinary use.
What may survive deletion
Records we are required to keep, such as payment records held by the payment provider for tax purposes, survive account deletion under the provider's own policies. A verified deletion request also covers support-chat contact details and conversation history held for AIFLB in Brevo, except where a record must temporarily be retained for a legal claim, security investigation or other legal obligation.
Uninstalling the extension
Before uninstalling, use Revoke connection in the popup or dashboard to invalidate the server credential. Uninstalling prevents the extension from running and removes extension-local data under Chrome's controls, but it does not delete your AIFLB account or completed server-side audits. Synced consent state may also be retained or restored by Chrome Sync; renewed use still requires the current consent version.
